CHIRALDEX column kit contains three GC CSPs that cover the widest possible range of enantioselectivity: G-TA, B-DM and B-DA, in the popular 30 m x 0.25 mm, 0.12 μm df dimensions. The G-TA separates the greatest number of enantiomers, often with high enantioselectivity. The B-DM separates the widest variety of different structural types. The B-DA is best suited for larger multi-ring structures. Eighty-five percent of analytes which exhibit enantioselectivity on cyclodextrin based chiral stationary phases will give enantioselectivity on one of these phases.
