Astec cyclobond i 2000 dmp 5 µm 25x4,6 mm

The reaction of the 3,5-dimethylphenyl isocyanate with some of the hydroxyl groups of beta-cyclodextrin results in a π basic phase similar in character to the naphthylethyl carbamate phases. The selectivity is greater for the Astec® CYCLOBOND I 2000 DMP when the chiral center is part of a ring structure or is on the alpha carbon. This phase has been very useful for derivatized amines, like amphetamine ACQ.
