Column lifetime may be reduced if the column is continuously run at the maximum température and maximum pH. The identity and concentration of the buffer will also impact column lifetime.
Ascentis® Express 120 Å C18 pH+ columns are stable to operating pressures up to 600 bar (9000 psi).
