Lightning blot mini transfer stacks have everything you need for fast, efficient and reproducible electroblotting with most standard semi-dry blotters, including the lightning blotter from perkinelmer. each transfer stack consists of 3 vacuum sealed envelopes with pre-wet pvdf membrane, filter paper and transfer buffer. you can be ready to start the transfer in 2 minutes, and electroblotting is complete in 12 minutes or less. 0.2 micron membrane ensures complete transfer with minimal blow through for high and low molecular weight proteins.
