LEGENDplex HU M1/M2 Macrophage Panel (10-plex) w/ VbP 100 tests

Macrophages are derived from the differentiation of monocytes in response to an infection or tissue damage. Their primary function is to recognize, engulf, and destroy pathogens, dying or dead cells and cellular debris. Macrophages are also professional antigen presenting cells that play a crucial role in modulating the host response, secreting an array of cytokines which aid in host defense, tissue repair, and immunoregulation. ;The LEGENDplex™ Human M1/M2 Macrophage Panel (10-plex) is a bead-based multiplex assay panel, which uses fluorescence-encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This Panel focuses on 10 key targets involved in M1 and M2 macrophage biology: TNF-α IL-1β, IL-1RA, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12p40, IL-12p70, IL-23, CCL17 (TARC), and CXCL10 (IP-10). It provides higher detection sensitivity and broader dynamic range than traditional ELISA methods. This panel has been validated for use on cell culture supernatant, serum, and plasma samples.;
