This panel allows simultaneous quantification of 13 mouse cytokines, including interferons (α, β, γ), interleukins (1β, 6, 10, 12), chemokines (CCL2 (MCP-1), CCL5 (RANTES), CXCL1 (KC), CXCL10 (IP-10)), TNF-α, and GM-CSF. This assay panel provides higher detection sensitivities and broader dynamic ranges than traditional ELISA methods. The panel has been validated for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.;
