The LEGENDplex™​ Mouse Cytokine Release Syndrome Panel (13-plex) is a bead-based multiplex assay panel, using fluorescence-encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. It allows for simultaneous quantification of 13 key biomarkers involved in cytokine release syndrome such as IFN-γ, IL-10, CCL4 (MIP-1β), IFN-α, CXCL9 (MIG), CXCL10 (IP-10), TNF-α, IL-6, VEGF, IL-4, CCL3 (MIP-1α), CCL2 (MCP-1), and GM-CSF. This assay panel provides higher detection sensitivity and broader dynamic range than traditional ELISA methods. The panel has been validated for use on cell culture supernatant, serum, and plasma samples. The Mouse Cytokine Release Syndrome Panel is designed to allow flexible customization within the panel.
