Proteintech IL-10 demonstrates equivalent induction of proliferation and EC50 to leading competitors. IL-10 Induces dose-dependent proliferation of the MC/9 (mouse mast cell) cell line. Cell number was quantitatively assessed by PrestoBlue® cell viability reagent. MC/9 cells were treated with increasing concentration of recombinant IL-10 for 48 hours. The EC50 was determined using a 4-parameter non-linear regression model. The EC50 range is 0.18-2.0 ng/mL.
