Recombinant human IL-7 (HZ-1281) stimulates dose-dependent proliferation of murine 2E8 human cell line. Cell number was quantitatively assessed by PrestoBlue® Cell Viability Reagent. 2E8 cells were treated with increasing concentrations of recombinant IL-7 for 120 hours. The EC50 was determined using a 4-parameter non-linear regression model. The EC50 range is 0.2-1.4 ng/mL.
