Casein from bovine milk bioreagent 500 g

Casein is a calcium phosphate-binding phosphoprotein present in mammalian milk. It constitutes about 80% of the total bovine milk. Bovine milk is made of four types of casein such as, αs1-, Î±s2-, Î²-, and Îº-caseins. Casein from bovine milk has been used as a component of normal medium for Drosophila culture , in the preparation of αS1-casein (CAS1_Bovin) , as a source of nitrogen (N) in experiment diets .
