The thermodynamic features of a solution of LCHCMH in water have been reported. It crystalli L-Cysteine hydrochloride monohydrate has been used in a protocol for the separation of dorsal root ganglion neurons (DRGs). It has also been used in a study to examine its effect as an inhibitor in preventing enzymatic browning in apples.
