Recombinant murine GM-CSF is a 14.2kDa globular protein consisting of 124 amino acids residu GM-CSF (granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor) mouse has been used to check effect of GM-CSF on retinal ganglion cell neurite outgrowth in the retinal explants.
