The 85kDa, 25kDa, and 10kDa bands have higher intensity to serve as reference points. mPAGE® Unstained Protein Standard is suitable for molecular weight determination after SDS-PAGE or Western blotting and serves as a standard to calibrate the mobility of prestained markers._x005F_x000D_
